Cali Support started as a small, family-run business with a simple yet powerful mission: to provide genuine, compassionate support to individuals with disabilities. With first-hand experience in the challenges and rewards of disability support, we deeply understand the importance of building a supportive, inclusive environment that enables individuals to thrive. 

Our journey began with a desire to make a difference, and over time, we’ve grown into a trusted provider of disability services across New South Wales. We are proud to offer a range of services that empower people to reach their goals, gain independence, and engage meaningfully in their communities.

Our team is the heart of what we do. Each member brings a wealth of experience from various fields, including disability support, education, disability employment, community services, and the not-for-profit sector. We are united by a shared commitment to creating positive, lasting change for the people we support.
